Creating a facility like this from scratch required an experienced, intelligent, dedicated IT team at the helm and I’m happy to say, these boys went way beyond our demanding expectations. They’re great communicators and have a relentless passion to break new ground - and to get it right. They have every right to be extremely proud of what they achieved.

We entered into a large program that required significant use of new and emerging technologies that our team was unaware and inexperienced of. This was quite daunting for us as we found ourselves in a totally new and unknown world. Ben from ITSource has been a huge help to us. Not only has he  provided excellent support service to us in a friendly and relaxed way, he has given us relevant information and advice and explained things to us in a way that we can understand. He is incredibly flexible and accommodation even in situations that are quite unclear and not as organised as they could be. We would not have been able to achieve the goals of our program without the support from ITSource.

When I was tasked with the project of setting up a community learning centre that would make use of the latest technology and showcase the capabilities of the National Broadband Network (NBN) at Gungahlin library in the ACT, all of my research lead to the solutions that are offered by ITSource. Not only did they tailor them to suit our individual needs, but they were delivered in the most timely and effective way. I feel confident in the knowledge that the team will continue to support us throughout the duration of the project with their trademark professional and friendly approach.
